We have hands on knowledge of specific tools in the MarTech space. We have led multi-million dollar marketing projects contributing to quantifiable bottom-line results through strategy, pricing optimisation and innovative portfolio management strategies.


Sanjeeb is a Board member and Advisor to organisations across Europe, the US, Middle East and Asia. He has over four decades of senior multinational business experience across global and consumer companies. He has deep knowledge of consumer and commercial markets for products and services across major developed and emerging markets. His operating experience includes driving digital transformation at global organisations..

Sanjeeb is currently Chairman of IDFC First Bank. He has been Regional Business Head for India and South Asia and Global Head of Brand and Chief Marketing Officer at Standard Chartered Bank. He personally drove Standard Chartered Bank's global pivot to digital and mobile marketing and created innovative approaches to Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) attribution. Sanjeeb was CEO of Retail and Commercial Banking for Citigroup EMEA. Prior to the financial services industry, Sanjeeb held senior roles at Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive and Procter & Gamble. He is a Global Advisor to global technology company, Intellect Design Arena.

His current portfolio includes Retail, FinTech and Marketing Tech businesses. Ltd. He is Global Mentor at the Center for Technology Management at the Columbia School of Business, New York. He is International Advisory Board member of The Open University School of Business and Law, UK. He is a visiting faculty on Business Strategy, Financial Services and New Age Marketing at Wharton School of Business and Judge Business School, Cambridge. 

He is a featured speaker at premier global marketing and media events. He has been listed among the Top 25 Media Visionaries in Asia Pacific. 

Shaun Chaudhuri

Shaun is a Banking and Payments professional with 19 years’ experience in global banking and strategic partnerships across Asia Pacific and Europe. He has rolled out measurable marketing programs across Europe and the Asia Pacific region to drive customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention. His prior roles have included Group Digital Marketing at AIA where he led a region wide program to implement a Customer Data Platform (CDP) for AIA (a first in the insurance industry), across 16 markets in Asia Pacific. Prior to AIA, he worked with Digital Partnerships at Mastercard where transaction data analytics was used to address client needs across sectors such as financial services, ecommerce, tourism and government. At Citibank, he created and implemented various innovative data driven marketing programs using Artificial Intelligence to drive customer acquisition and grow engagement and retention. He has also worked at Lloyds Banking Group as Senior Manager, Pricing and Strategy for Unsecured Lending.

He has leveraged innovation and new digital technologies in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence for both start-ups and growth stage companies to drive digital transformation for business growth and profitability. He has worked with various MarTech stacks such as CDPs and DMPs to drive insights and action plans across B2B and B2C categories as well as developed consumer strategies for revenue enhancement. He is experienced in working in VC with early-stage companies to help them fund raise and scale-up including Go to Market Strategy, Portfolio synergies & Mentoring.

Shaun is a multi-linguist, speaking, reading and writing over thirty languages. He is fluent in written and oral language in Mandarin, Arabic, French, Spanish, Greek and most Indian languages. He is a business culture specialist, integrating deep local experience and customs integral for seamless international business.

Damien Cummings

Damien is one of Asia Pacific's most recognised digital transformation leaders. He is highly awarded, being honored with a Doctor of Philosophy in Management (honoris causa) from KEISIE University, Korea in October 2017. He has also been awarded “Global Top 50 Digital Marketing Leaders 2016”., "Financial Services Marketer of the Year 2016”, “Digital Marketer of the Year 2016”, Most Influential CMO 2015 ; Marketing Professional of The Year 2012; and the Brand Leadership Award 2011.

Damien is currently the Chief, Digital Strategy & Leadership practice at the National University of Singapore (NUS-ISS). Prior to that he was the founder; CEO of HR tech/SaaS company, Peoplewave. Before entrepreneurship, he was Global Head of Digital Marketing at Standard Chartered Bank and Chief Marketing Officer at Philips APAC. Damien has also worked at major global brands such as Samsung, Dell, Ogilvy, Coca-Cola and McKinsey & Company.

Birgit Baier

Birgit Baier is General Manager at Plan.Net Berlin. She has 25+ years of strategic consulting for numerous transforming industries in 20 countries on three continents and supported over 50 brands. Birgit draws on this experience to create brands, solutions, products, services, and brand experiences, as well as strategic innovation for international customers. Ever-changing technology and strategic change are among her topics, demonstrated for clients like IQOS, Ford, Audi, BMW, Citibank, ING Bank, Amex, Swiss, KLM, P&G, Nestlé, Mars, Kraft Foods, Vodafone, Telefonica, Alcatel, Nokia, IBM, DHL, Bosch, Siemens, IKEA, McDonald's and UNICEF.

Prior to Plan.Net Birgit worked as Partner Consulting and was in charge of the Consulting Practice for Ogilvy in Germany. In addition, she was a lecturer at Macromedia University Berlin. In the past years, Birgit has worked for various well-known agencies, including Wunderman, FutureBrand, Frog Design, Brand Union, Sapient Razorfish, and Acquia.

Arthur Langer

Dr. Arthur M. Langer is Director of the Center for Technology Management, Professor of Professional Practice and Academic Director of the Master’s in Science in Technology Management programs at Columbia University. He also serves on the faculty of the Department of Organization and Leadership at the Graduate School of Education (Teachers College) and is the Faculty Director of the Advanced Certificate in Workforce Education and Development Program. 

Dr. Langer is the author of Analysis and Design of Next Generation Software Architectures: 5G, IoT, Blockchain and Quantum Computing (2020), Strategic Information Technology: Best Practices to Drive Digital Transformation (2nd Ed., 2018 with Lyle Yorks, Information Technology and Organizational Learning (3rd Ed., 2018), Guide to Software Development: Designing and Managing the Life Cycle (2nd Ed., 2016),  Analysis and Design of Information Systems (2007), Applied Ecommerce (2002), and The Art of Analysis (1997) and has published numerous articles and papers relating to service learning for underserved populations, IT organizational integration, mentoring and staff development.

Dr. Langer is the Chairman and Founder of Workforce Opportunity Services, a 501(c)(3) charity, consults with corporations and universities on information technology, staff development, management transformation, and curriculum development around the globe. Prior to joining the full- time faculty at Columbia University, Dr. Langer was Executive Director of Computer Support Services at Coopers and Lybrand, General Manager and Partner of Software Plus, and President of Macco Software.
